Failed payments

Product prices are shown on the website before checkout. The final order total is displayed before payment is submitted.

We may contact you to confirm order details, but we will never ask for full card details.

We may cancel and refund orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, incomplete or impossible to fulfill.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy and are sent back to the original payment method when approved.
Refund route
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. We cannot normally refund to a different card or account.
Provider timing
After we process a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider controls when the funds appear.
Chargebacks
If there is an order issue, contact support@infinifootball.com first. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with order, delivery and support records.
