How long will delivery take?
Our estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days worldwide. Business days exclude weekends, holidays, customs checks and courier exceptions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. InfiniFootball ships worldwide to supported delivery destinations.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it is sent by email. If you cannot find tracking, contact support@infinifootball.com with your order number.
Can I change my address?
Contact us immediately. We can try to update the address before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed once preparation or shipping begins.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our return guarantee is designed to be practical for football clothing and gear while still protecting product condition.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days from delivery if the size does not suit, the item is wrong, defective, damaged or another valid reason applies.
What if I receive a defective product?
Email photos and your order number to support@infinifootball.com. We will review the issue and explain replacement, refund or return options.
When will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is inspected, refunds are usually processed within up to 7 business days. Your payment provider controls the final posting time.
Can I exchange for another size?
If stock is available, we may offer a size exchange after reviewing your request.

Fan version usually has a more relaxed everyday fit. Player version is often slimmer, lighter and more athletic.
What if I am between sizes?
If you prefer a looser fit or are between sizes, choosing one size up is often safer for football shirts.
Are personalized items returnable?
Personalized items may be limited for change-of-mind returns, but wrong customization, defects or valid quality concerns will be reviewed.

No. InfiniFootball sells football jerseys, boots, tracksuits, training wear, accessories and fan gear.
